01What is Toldo?
Toldo helps you build an AI assistant for your business through a conversation. Describe what you do, share the facts your assistant should know, and choose the jobs it should help with. Then try it and publish when you’re ready.
02Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build and update your assistant by chatting in your own words. Toldo asks the follow-up questions and puts your assistant together as you talk. Adding it to a website involves pasting a small snippet; a share link needs no setup at all.
03Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. You can start building and try your assistant as a guest. You only need an account when you’re ready to publish. Usage limits apply, so you may be asked to sign in if you reach the guest limit.
04Where can my assistant work?
Share a direct link, add a chat bubble to your website, or connect Telegram. Slack and Microsoft Teams are also supported when their connections are available. You can manage available places from your assistant’s workspace.
05How does it learn about my business?
Tell it your hours, services, prices, policies, and anything else customers ask about. You can add facts, paste documents, and share page links for reference. You can review and edit what your assistant knows before publishing.
06What if my assistant doesn’t know the answer?
You can set rules for what it should answer and when it should hand over to a person. Review conversations in your inbox and refine its knowledge as you go. AI answers can be imperfect, so test the questions that matter to your business before publishing.
07Can I change it after publishing?
Absolutely. Keep chatting with the builder to change its facts, tone, or jobs. Your edits stay in a draft while the published version keeps working. Try your changes, then publish the new version when you’re happy. You can also pause your assistant.
